while every care is taken to get your order right, sometimes we do get it wrong. we are only human. that is what the great thing about returns is!
Returns policy
we will only accept returns if the item is still in good order, clean,has no damage or has been used, if it is in the original packaging we would be delighted but we understand this isn't always possible.
if you buy a product from us and you wish to return it please email us with the item information and the reason for the return.
returns can be sent back via the post office or courier but it will be at your own cost. once the item is received by us we will send you an email to let you know and offer you a replacement*
we will not refund a product unless it is because of a safety fault we will only offer a replacement product of equal value. if there is nothing of the same value which you may want to exchange for than we will offer you credit to spend on your next order. all products that we ship out are photographed and logged to maintain high standards and make sure that if returns are sent back to us they are as close as they can be in condition as to when they left us.
returns that are damaged or dirty or in poor condition will NOT be refunded as they can not be re-sold and we will be at a loss.
*replacement products are not available on hats if they have been used as they may be damaged and be a safety risk.
